Meet T.J. Fitzloff — Owner, Designer, Builder

For more than 30 years, I’ve been designing and building outdoor spaces that bring people together. From early work with Del Webb and Shea Homes to founding Paradise By Design Landscaping 10 years ago, my passion has always been the same — creating spaces that feel like you.

I believe your yard shouldn’t stop at the patio. It should draw you outside — to cook, relax, entertain, or simply enjoy the view. Every project I take on is personal. I’m on site daily, checking progress, helping crews, and ensuring the end result reflects the vision we created together.

I live in the West Valley with my wife, Tina, and our two grown kids. We’ve called this community home for more than two decades, and many of our projects are right here in our own neighborhoods.
